After a month in Tibetan regions, it was nice to get to the Chinese city of Xining. There were many different kinds of foods to eat and many different people to see. Xining is in the middle of four different cultural regions: Tibetans to the south, Chinese to the east, Mongolians to the north, and Muslims to the west.
